Hi, I'm Brooke
My name is Brooke Spahn (she/her) and I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#83936) and owner of Creating Intuition, Inc. I believe that we all have the ability to emotionally grow and change as long as we are provided the space, safety and insight to do so. My goal and passion is to work with adults, couples, and families to heal from past or present traumas and maladaptive patterns that have served as a road block to living life most comfortably in your skin, and in relation to the world around you. When we view experiences and people through our past narratives, we get stuck in the same cycles and experience painful feelings. These painful feelings and narratives, can lead us to behave or act in a way that we may not always be proud of or feel confused by. Or, we may continue to engage in the same relational patterns that we simply feel we cannot get out of. My hope is to help you see how the old narrative was helpful/served you, and then write a new narrative that will allow you to cope in a world (and in relationships) that can be overwhelming and stressful.

Do we accept insurance?
Creating Intuition, inc does not accept insurance. We do provide Superbills at the end of the month for you to submit to your insurance company to potentially get back some session reimbursement. Calling ahead of time and asking your insurance company what their “out of network provider coverage” is for a therapist is suggested.
