  • What is your cancellation policy?
    I require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a charge of the full fee of your session.Please ask therapist more on this when booking your first appointment.
  • Do you take insurance?
    No, I am not in network with any insurance companies. I am happy to provide a monthly/post session statement that you can submit for reimbursement if your plan has out of network reimbursement.
  • How much will my insurance reimburse me?
    This depends on your insurance plan. The best way to find out is to call your insurance company directly, and ask them what they reimburse for out of network mental health providers. Make sure you ask if there is a deductible you need to meet before you can start receiving reimbursement.
  • Do you offer telehealth?
    Yes, both for psychotherapy appointments and for EMDR sessions.
